Beast Mode
I dismantled a large swingset in about 90min. I never had so much fun doing demolition! Have used it to prune trees and help my neighbor cut up his deck to make room for a hot tub. Great tool and excellent Milwaukee quality.

quit after 6 months
We run a construction business, and have used this saw for years. The first one lasted about 10 years of heavy use. Bought another one 5-6 months ago and just quit working. We have been switching everything to Dewalt and will do the same with the sawzall. Very frustrated and disappointed.

After replacing the retaining pin and now the spindle it's time to try another brand. It seems that all the problems occur at the quick release.

simply awesome..went to home-cheapo and bought another
i like this thing because it seems to be able to cut a lot more stuff without dulling a blade anywhere close to as fast as a chainsaw (assuming your using swiss blades on both). The chainsaw i bought a while back is a "professional sthil 261 with computer carb" but none the less I was underwhelmed (maybe simply because the 20" bar is a lil too long for plunging all the way into a log) and i was kinda surprised at how fast the chain gets dull when chopping up big logs. This sawzaw is nice and powerful and has done exactly what I wanted it to do and with less wasted material per cut, less noise, less weight and less risk than larger heavier chainsaw. I have used the diablo metal TC blades to cut through thick train track easily and efficiently with little bits of life still left in the blade as well as cut 14-15 in thick dry bay wood with diablo 12inch bi-metal nail embedded wood blades. simply awesome..went to home-cheapo and bought another.

I would by and recommend this tool again and again
We are a large construction company and we use the Milwaukee sawzall in all capacities. I repair tools for a living and I find the Milwaukee sawzall to be light weight, dependable, easy to install or remove blades and comfortable to you for long periods. We ship tools out of state to numerous job sites and we can't afford to ship undependable equipment. I highly recommend Milwaukee sawzalls.

Buy it, you won't be sorry.
I've had my good old Sawzall for over 30 years. Went through a lot of blades with it and it never failed. Well it gave up the last blade and went to, well, way back on the bottom shelf, can't just threw it away. Ended up buying this brand new one, slick, fast, and I now longer need an Allen wrench. Should last 30 years. I probably won't but I son will.
