Looking for router base
I love the router however I took it out of the Kreg router table I sold because my son-in-law has a much nicer table here in his shop. I want to use the router freely and now need a base to put the router in. I can only find the individual parts for sale for the base - added up individually, this becomes cost prohibitive. Thanks!

Very Nice
This router is very powerful and compact. It is by no means small but it is a good happy medium. The variable speed is excellent and allows you to use larger router bits that require a lower rpm. I recently made some tongue and groove 1X6 oak boards for a table top and it didn't skip a beat. I did not use a router table and it kept steady rpms even when I was taking a bit more material than I probably should have. They came out perfectly even though my experience with a router is very limited. The dial depth adjustment is very nice and allows for perfect fine tuning of your bit. The grip and strap for your hand are very well thought out. It is a very natural feeling that gives you more control than you would have with a traditional router. For the money and the 5 year Milwaukee warranty it can't be beat.

Great router for job at hand
The soft start of this router is perfect for the infrequent user. It lets you prepare for the power. I am quite pleased with how quite this router is compared to all the power it has. I do not think there is a job to big for this router, beets my old one hands down.

Great router easy install to table saw extension
Bought the router to make door panels, stiles and rails. It gets the job done. Had to return the first router due to shipping damage. Customer service was very quick and responsive getting a new one out to me within 2 days. I will use CPO again.

Heavy Duty Router
This is a great fixed base router with excellent features like soft start, electronic variable speed and also comes with both 1/4 and 1/2 inch collets. Milwaukee tools seem to be more powerful and durable than others, by using larger motors and more use of metal instead of plastic.

This is one great router
I use this router for simple round over applications to raised panel doors, it has great variable speed settings, but what i most enjoy is the palm style grip.I own two of these routers, one for my table mounted needs and one for free hand needs,The only thing i could possibly ask more of these routers is to have a 3 horsepower model.
