Details
The industry's first system of high output LED lights to offer full day run-times in portable packages, these LED lights utilize the most advanced lighting technology to deliver a consistent beam, optimized color temperature and true representation of colors and detail leading to a more productive work area. Uniquely designed to ADAPT, PERFORM and SURVIVE the daily demands of professional use, these lights shine brighter and last longer.
Milwaukee's new TRUEVIEW Lighting is designed to give professionals a portable area lighting solution that replaces 500W Halogen flood Lights and adapts, performs, and survives industrial use. The Milwaukee 2360-20 18V Cordless Lithium-Ion LED HP Flood Light us is designed to provide a large, even light beam to give users a true representation of the worksite while reducing shadows and eye fatigue. A rotatable head light will give you the ability to point the light exactly where it's needed without having to move the unit, with multiple output settings to adjust the light intensity. It is powered by an M18 Lithium-Ion battery, or can be plugged into an outlet for continuous, uninterrupted power.
Features:
  • 3,000 Lumen of maximum output is 20% brighter than a 500W Halogen Light
  • Dual power source design runs off M18 Lithium-Ion battery or corded power
  • Roll cage design protects critical components with a geometric pattern allowing the roll cage to absorb shock on impact
  • 3 keyholes built into the base gives the user an ability to hang the light horizontally or inverted to get the light exactly where the user needs it
  • 240-degree head rotation with positive locking detents allows users to place the light beam directly where it's needed
  • Multiple output settings allowing user to manage the light intensity or runtime at the touch of a button so when in close proximity, light reduction can decrease fatigue on the eyes or increase runtime
  • High-quality LEDs provide natural light color that represent true color within the workspace, giving users accurate representation of area of work
  • Milwaukee-designed reflector creates an even beam pattern larger than competitors, reducing how often user needs to adjust light

What is the list price on this thing.
I really needed a good cordless light for a difficult job. I paid a lot for it at my electric supply house. It worked great but I just want to find out why it was so darn expensive.

Great light but it needs a built in charger.
I have used this light and it is amazing. However, Milwaukee should have put a built in charger into this unit. I do side work for family. The other day my nephew got keys to their first house. Beautiful home but really needed new plugs and switches. Anyway, my point is that we were switching the power to the house off/on. It really bugged me that the light was not charging the battery during the time we had the power on. To compare, we had my Dewalt radio/charger DCR025. When the power was off it ran on battery and when the power was on it was charging the battery. I feel that a work light is a much more vital piece of equipment than a radio. I know I could just have another charger with battery ready but I have very high expectations of these great brands. Please Milwaukee, please fix and make this great product even better. Its a no brainer, if a tool can run on battery and be plugged into wall power it should charge the battery.

Great Light for all-a-round usage.
This is a great light when used as designed. Much better than any "portable floor type" light used in the past. It can be plugged into AC if you need the long term lighting option which comes in handy at times. Most of the time we get about 1-1/2 hrs. on high using the 5.0 battery. It has 3 brightness settings; most of the time we run on the medium setting and get plenty of light for 2+ hours, per charge. We have 4 units and have retired the other floor LED's that require AC. Initial cost is significant, true (keep in mind you don't have all the cords, unless you want, but well worth the cost in performance, durability, and ease of usage at our sites.

Had the first smaller one that we use all the time and is a great work light. Thought this newer one might be too big with the pivoting head. Not so and it is even brighter than the first one. Another nice feature is it can run off of AC. This is a great portable, bright work light!!!!

Best LED worklight I've purchased yet.
I have to purchase & maintain work lights for about 30 workers here. This LED worklight is the top dog out of the dozen different styles in the tool crib. Well worth the money spent. I bought one to check it out and bought the second the same day. My plan is to continue to replace all the older quartz lights with these over time.

how long will this light last with the m18 battery?
David on Aug 3, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Hi David
I have not run any type of time tests on this light but I can say it will run for at least a couple of hours on a 5.0 AH battery. That brings me to the question which battery are you using.
The M18 battery comes in various sizes and each size will give you different results. Overall I am happy with the light in both construction and consumption of battery life. I hope this has helped you.
