I like the pole saw it’s not to heavy with a 4ah battery it last a while and you didn’t have to start it worth the money

Does what I need...
It's kind of light weight, but that is a plus. I have used gas pole saws and this kind of work is a bit scary when a big limb falls down on you. At least with this one you can let off the trigger while evading the falling limb. Battery life is rather short compared with the chain saw and 14" weed eater, but that's OK because I don't really enjoy this particular chore. It seems to like to use a lot of bar oil. I am cutting through 6-8 inch Oak /Fir. It tends to beep at you and shut off fairly easily if you get aggressive in big wood. It would be nice if they made this with the Digi Pro motor.

I really liked my 16" 40v saw... now, I only breakout the gas saws for really big projects/problems. The pole saw uses the same batteries (expensive) as the 16" saw, so adding this to the quiver was a nice addition. It works great for brushing right down on the ground as it does for limbing up high. Its nice to reach in and not have to climb in to make the cuts.

Great to trim high branches
Powerful and easy to use. I have several Greenworks 40 V G-Max batteries and a charger from other Greenworks tools. All work fine and the shared batteries save $$$.

Easy To Use
This is my second one.
I ordered this to replace one I have used for 2 years, but recently damaged. I apparently stripped the drive gears while attempting to free the blade from a bound up cut. I ordered the bare tool because my battery is fine. In fact, the battery has never given out before I do. I have a 2 acre property with approximately 250 cedar trees which need regular maintenance in order for me to get around with the mower. I have used it to cut branches from 1/2" to over 4" in diameter without a stutter. Very good quality, easy to operate tool. Other than the oil reservoir being a bit small, I have no complaints.

Great Pole Saw
This is my 5th Greenworks tool and I really enjoy how well made and how powerful these 40 volt batteries are. I expected the job to take an hour and I was done cutting limbs in 15 minutes.
