The Bosch GPL 3 is a three-point, self-leveling laser with +/- 1/4 In. accuracy at 100 Ft. for up/down plumb, align and level applications. Unit includes point projection to the front. Over-the-track application design accurately transfers and aligns points; attachment device mounts virtually anywhere.
Save Some Time - Unlike a standard plumb bob that requires two people waiting for the bob to stop moving, the Bosch GPL 3 offers a quick-settling pendulum. One person using this point laser does the job of two people using a manual plumb bob.
Speed and Precision - Three-point plumb and level point projection laser accurately transfers aligns, levels and plumbs. Accuracy is +/- 1/4 In. at 100 Ft. Integrated reference lines offer precise positioning of tool and transfer of points.

Easy to use
I bought this a month ago to assist in locating recessed lights and ceiling speakers. Worked great, very accurate, easy to learn how to use. I'm sure I will find a lot of uses for it in the future.

Re-conditioned saves dollars.
Needed a backup but didn't really want to spend full price. This worked into budget. Works great no problems with accuracy . Well worth it. Will probably continue to use reconditioned items . Good value.

Great foolproof operation. Need a more efficient recalibration procedure. The ones you have and a quick version that will still provide median accuracy.

Great tool.
I recently purchased the GL 3 dot laser. I'm an electrician so I do a lot of recessed lights. What use to be a two man job is now a one man job. I can lay out and mark the locations on the floor or counter top and then use the laser to transfer the locations on the ceiling.
The longer i have it the more uses I find for it. Now I couldn't be without it.
