This is for an easy-to-use Black and Decker 18 Volt Chainsaw. I love this saw. Most around home projects don't need a big engine/16" blade. Trimming trees, keeping your yard looking nice is perfect for the battery operated chainsaw. And, no mixing two cycle oil with gas. However, a dull blade can sneak up on you. After a while, it takes a long time to cut through even a 2" branch. I didn't even think about replacing the blade until my arms got tired one afternoon simply holding the saw up for an extended period of time. All of a sudden it occurred to me - Maintenance! The very little money I spent replacing the blade had immediate results. Limbs fell quickly, saw jumped back less often and I witnessed the rebirth of a very useful tool. After the first replacement, I now buy these two at a time so I will always be prepared (old Boy Scout trick). At first, I looked into blade sharpening kits (another old memory from Boy Scouts) but was dismayed when the sharpening kit cost more than the replacement blade. Sometimes, the BIC Pen way of doing things is faster and easier. Just replace what is worn out. Only downside is when installing. It is a little similar to putting new brakes on a bicycle - it would help to have three hands when installing. Yet, it is well worth the time, effort and money spent. Shipping was quick, everything arrived as promised and I would highly recommend.
