If you believe the garbage they present in the TV ads you will regret buying any WORX products. The quality is poor, the battery life is terrible (I got less than 10 minutes on a charge), and customer support is standard formatted "one type fits all" statement.
Ordered this replacement battery for my grass trimmer. It worked for 10 min. then would not take a charge. The return policy was good if you can find a Fed Ex store in your area. Still waiting for my refund.
I use this product to trim around the house foundation and poles etc. When it works it is
worth it, but has short battery life about 15 mins.
After full charge, same thing. So I bought a new
battery, same, same. Because of the short-term and
2hr.min.charge it takes me about 6/8 hrs.to do my
trimming. Therefore I can not recommend this product.
This new Lithium-ion lasts much longer and charges much quicker! Love it!!!
