Best Value Push Mower I found after extensive research.
Only improvement would be finer height adjustments and possibly the mechanism but this is not a biggie.
My wife got me this mower as a gift since my old mower, also a snapper was getting pretty old and the muffler had rusted off. At first I was happy since my old snapper always started and never gave me any problems. This one is a year old and I can not seem to keep it running at fist I thought I had bad gas, I put in fresh gas and it ran for one mowing and would not start again. I changed the spark plug and once again it ran just long enough to mow my yard. Now it's time to mow again and it won't start. One other thing I don't like is it is twice as heavy as old snapper and is like pushing a small car. I have loosed the wheels thinking maybe whoever had assembled it may have over tightened them, that has helped a little. I would not recommend this mower to anyone.
I bought this Snapper to replace one that is 18 years old that still works great but it's a bit ratty looking. I fully expect this one to last just as long. These mowers are among the very best, and certainly the best value. I have a good sized lawn & like the non propelled type of mower for exercise.
