Collated screws mean increased productivity. Like their nail and staple counterparts, Senco collated screws offer professional installers a number of benefits, not the least of which is an overall increase in job productivity. This is due in part to the fact that collated systems reduce the amount of time spent loading and installing loose fasteners, eliminating the need for feeding one fastener at a time.

  • 8-Gauge 1-1/2 in. Collated Flooring Screws (1,000-Pack)

This screw does not have a smooth shoulder. I am attaching 1/2" plywood to a 5/8" subfloor. Will I have issues with floor separation? This is a situation I have heard used where the plywood separates from the subfloor for a brief moment before the screw begins to go through the subfloor. This could leave a small gap. Thanks.

The screws do have a small shoulder underneath the head.
