Our obligation assumed under this warranty is limited to the replacement of your tool with a RotoZip by Bosch reconditioned tool of the same model as long as your tool is defective and has not been misused, carelessly handled, or defaced by repairs made or attempted by others. This warranty does not apply to accessories. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. This warranty applies only to RotoZip by Bosch tools sold within the United States of America, Canada, and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
