Product Overview

It's a powerful, hands-free clamp and sawhorse. If you can lift it, you can clamp it. The Jawhorse's powerful clamping jaws allow you to securely clamp virtually anything, so you have hands-free access to safely complete your project. You can even clamp wide items like doors or plywood thanks to the 49 in. clamping width.
It's a versatile workbench. Thanks to its flexible design, the Jawhorse lets you get your projects up and off the ground for a comfortable working height. Simply clamp an ordinary piece of plywood into the Jawhorse and you have a perfect workbench. You can even use it on the jobsite as a sturdy platform for miter saws, tile saws and more.
It's a one-ton vise and machine press. Whether you're bending metal or straightening it, the Jawhorse's strength and stability allow you to be aggressive with your work. The Jawhorse is made of solid steel and has ten times the clamping power of a regular vise. It also features the industrial pressing power of a one-ton machine press.
  • The one-ton clamping force vise allows you to securely clamp virtually anything
  • The foot-pedal operated vise keeps your hands free to insert the material
  • A lock-release switch allows you to lock the material in place and easily release it with the flick of a switch
  • Vise jaws extend to a full 49 in, enough to clamp onto a full 4 ft. x 8 ft. sheet of plywood
  • Tripod base gives exceptional all-terrain stability and the front legs incorporate holes to allow you to fasten to the floor for more permanent jobs
  • The Jawhorse quickly folds down (no tools needed) to a very portable 52.9 lbs. with two integrated inline skate-type wheels for even better mobility
  • Auto-locking leg latches for quicker setup and teardown
  • New wider rear foot with non-slip grip and built-in hand grip/carry handle

    Brilliant Invention

As a "do-it-yourselfer" I get involved with all kinds of things and this JawHorse has proved an invaluable saver of time and trouble. It haandles long bits of wood and pipe so much easier and efficient. I can use both hands to place the workpiece and then clamp it rock-solid with my foot! It beats an ordinary bench vice. And I use it as a base for the rarely used bench grinder (mounted on a bit of 4x8). Plus it's really solidly made to last a couple of lifetimes.

I have two Jaw Horse units, and have used them both quite often. Very pleased with the uses I have had with them. One should have two of them, for the best results. And to have the ability of being able to clamp up a full 48" sheet of plywood, one should also have the extensions which allow that. Do recommend the Jaw Horse units to all wood workers. D.
