I use these daily (I have several)7 days a week sanding "green" wooden maple bowls that I sell on my website. This is a great replacement for air tools, when it's too cold to use them. These don't "freeze up", have plenty of torque, and get the job just as good as air driven sanders.

I use this product to sand freshly cut maple after I finish chopping it out to form a dough bowl, and even in "green" wood it does a great job and does not bog down. It is a much more reliable product than the model that it replaced.
