Solid tool. Its not the tool, its worker behind it. This one is the standard for most of us. No need to spend the money on lamello or festool. Take the time to read the manual and practice on some cut offs in your shop. Use plenty of glue and clamps and you have a solid joint.
Go slow and deliberate, many woodworkers screw up biscuit joints by not making accurate reference marks on their work and referencing from the wrong side of their work.... haste does make waste in woodworking..
