Purchased this unit to make dovetail joints in the drawers of a bathroom vanity I was building. Directions were clear and simple and with a couple of practice trys I was able to make perfect dovetail joints. Unit needs to be mounted for use but rather than bolting it down I used 2 C-clamps with good success. Mounting holes are provided if you have the spot to mount it. I am very pleased with the jig and plan on purchasing the additinal templates to do through and mini dovetails.

Have always wanted to add this to my workshop and now I wish I had done it years earlier. Can't believe how easy it is to use and what a great job it does. It is well constructed and nice and solid. No problem with equipment. Major problem was trying to disseminate the manual of setup directions! They definitely could be improved, especially when it comes to explaining the function and use of the clamping handles. But the tool itself is definitely worth the investment.
