Comments about 1/2 in. Heavy-Duty Hammer Drill with Case:

I purchased specifically for drilling concrete. I am a little disappointed, the hammer function just isn't as powerful as I had hoped. The drill does look brand new and I may have expected to much given the price range.

Comments about 1/2 in. Heavy-Duty Hammer Drill with Case:

I have found if you want a great working hammerdrill, see Milwaukee Tools. I don't care if you buy new,or in my case a refurbished one. These babies take the punishment you give them and ask for more. My father-in-law is retired contractor and I worked with him 10 plus years and this is the drill we used in all masonry drilling. He also thought this was a great tool. Need I say More?

Comments about 1/2 in. Heavy-Duty Hammer Drill with Case:

I am a big fan of Milwaukee. I bought this hammer drill because I liked my brother's. I unintentionally purchased the larger model. I can't say I regret it, it is always nice to have a little extra just in case. The only way to tell it is reconditioned is the sticker that says so. The case is quite nice as well. This drill is also very heavy, but I won't be using it to drill deck screws so that is quite alright.

        New Vs. Reconditioned

What's the difference between New and Factory-Reconditioned?

Factory-Reconditioned products have been returned to the manufacturer and are restored to like-new operating condition; they go through a rigorous testing and inspection process. Plus, they offer a significant savings vs. new.
        • Reconditioned products may have minor cosmetic blemishes or scratches that do not affect item performance.
        • Reconditioned products may not come with all of the consumables the new version comes with (bits, sanding pads/papers, cases, etc.).
        • Both come with a manufacturer warranty and are covered by our Money Back Guarantee; New is 30 days, Reconditioned is 60 days.
