Comments about 5-Piece Switchblade Plumbers Kit:

I love these bits. They rock! I am a plumber by trade and these get a beating drilling through studs with the occasional nail in it from over zealous framers, Lol. Never the less, even if the blade gets ruined, you just switch it out instead of buying a new bit or trying to sharpen your old ones. I highly recommend

If you have a strong drill, like a Super Hawg, these do a fine job.

Comments about 5-Piece Switchblade Plumbers Kit:

I am a professional plumbing contractor. I bought this set about 4 years ago and i love it. Changing the blades is easy and that aren't expensive. A fresh blade saves time especially when we've got lots of holes to drill, like on a new house. they rip right thru the wood.
the smallest bit is the right size for 1/2" and 3/4" copper or pex piping allowing you to use the plastic straps that you push into the hole in the stud.
the only drawback is when using the 1 3/8" bit going thru 4 or more studs nailed together the extension will get stuck in the hole if you don't back it out and clear out the shavings after going thru each stud.
overall i would buy this set again and i highly recommend this set
