      Comments about 1/2 in. D-Handle Right Angle Drill with Case:

      I bought this product for the occasions that I need to bore a 1" hole for routing wiring through studs. I debated between this and the hole hog for awhile. This refurb deal came up right when I really needed it, so I took the plunge. The drill is in beautiful shape for a refurb, and almost all the accessories were included. The manual was missing and a bar for removing the chuck. The chuck key, side handle and collar and a wrench to adjust the 90 degree head direction were there and packaged as new. The drill works flawlessly and has power to spare in old and newer floor joists and wall studs. The variable speed is really a nice feature as you can finesse the self feeding bits a little to help keep from arm wrestling the thing in tight spots under load. The cord is also removable so in a tight spot, you can disconnect the cord to switch bits without crawling out or down to unplug from the other end. The ability to swivel the right angle head to any position also came in handy several times for me.

        New Vs. Reconditioned

        Factory-Reconditioned products have been returned to the manufacturer and are restored to like-new operating condition; they go through a rigorous testing and inspection process. Plus, they offer a significant savings vs. new.

        • Reconditioned products may have minor cosmetic blemishes or scratches that do not affect item performance.
        • Reconditioned products may not come with all of the consumables the new version comes with (bits, sanding pads/papers, cases, etc.).
        • Both come with a manufacturer warranty and are covered by our Money Back Guarantee;
          New is 30 days, Reconditioned is 60 days.
