The Milwaukee Warranty Every MILWAUKEE power tool is tested before leaving the factory
and is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship.
MILWAUKEE will repair or replace (at MILWAUKEE's discretion), without
charge, any tool (including battery chargers) which examination proves
to be defective in material or workmanship from five (5) years after
the date of purchase. Return the tool and a copy of the purchase receipt
or other proof of purchase to a MILWAUKEE factory Service/Sales Support
Branch location or MILWAUKEE Authorized Service Station, freight prepaid
and insured. This warranty does not cover damage from repairs made or
attempted by other than MILWAUKEE authorized personnel, abuse, normal
wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or accidents.
The warranty period for V28, M12 and M18 Li-Ion Battery Packs is two (2) years from the date of purchase. XC M18 Battery packs carry a (5) year warranty. The warranty period for Ni-Cd Battery Packs, Flashlights, Radios, and Professional Hoists (lever, chain, and electric) is one (1) year from the date of purchase.
*The warranty period for Portable Generators is two (2) years from the date of purchase.

I do handyman work and used the tool immediately to remove a piece of 3/4" tongue and groove hardwood flooring. It was the perfect tool to cut the old flooring out, in a very tight place along a wall, without marring the neighboring flooring. This is the 3rd CPO tool I have bought, and I have been very satisfied with all of them.

This is a really good tool for plunge cutting into sheetrock, trim or anything else, and excellent as a sander with the included attachment. The free 1/4" driver was an added bonus - nice power for a light weight drill/driver.
I had Ridgid version of this tool, and it was OK, but the battery was worthless. Milwaukee batteries are great - they charge fast, don't drain down when stored for long periods, and provide enough power to finish a job. I can't wait to get my M12 XC battery in the mail.
I've had Dewalt, B&D, Ryobi and other cordless tools over the years, and Milwaukee beats them all... more power, more durability and much better batteries.
I have the M18 Impact driver, Hammer Drill and Circular Saw, and the M12 Hackzall, Rotary Tool, Right Angle Drill and now the Multi-Tool and driver.
I'm getting rid of all my other cordless tools and going 100% Milwaukee

This unit accepts all competitors attachments. Solid, comfortable to use feel that you always get with Milwaukee tools. The free screw gun and the bonus tool of you choice made this a no brainer to purchase. CPO Milwaukee has the best prices and shipping costs around. Customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend this tool combo and CPO Milwaukee.
I rated the battery life as short because the small standard batteries run down pretty quickly under heavy load usage. I am sure that the heavy duty batteries that are available for the M12 would make a world of difference on run time.
