    I use this drill everyday. It has good battery life and has plenty of power for most jobs. I wouldn't drill holes in concrete all day with it, but it handles all the tapcons I want to put on just fine.
    I used to by exclusively DeWalt and now am slowly switching all my power tools over to Milwaukee. The quality is better and the tool is more comfortable to hold.

          I've had this drill for over a year I found it to be much more powerful then I ever expected I drill cutouts for handles an dead bolts in solid wood doors it performs well if I push as hard as I can I can get the motor to bog a little but it cuts the holes out just fine I've used to hang sheet rock, drill 1/2" metal, and pretty much everything else. I got the extended battery a month our so after an it's worth it the drill hands in there most the day now. I still use my impact for some things but not much the drill holds strong by this before any honking drill if you aren't doing masonry working or other heavy work it won't leave you anything but impressed.

            Perfect tool for attics and crawl spaces. Plenty of power and battery life for the average pipe / wire running project.

            New Vs. Reconditioned

            Factory-Reconditioned products have been returned to the manufacturer and are restored to like-new operating condition; they go through a rigorous testing and inspection process. Plus, they offer a significant savings vs. new.

            • Reconditioned products may have minor cosmetic blemishes or scratches that do not affect item performance.
            • Reconditioned products may not come with all of the consumables the new version comes with (bits, sanding pads/papers, cases, etc.).
            • Both come with a manufacturer warranty and are covered by our Money Back Guarantee;
              New is 30 days, Reconditioned is 60 days.
