    Q:

I have bought the voltage detector model 2202-20 ,why are they not drop proof ? This is my third one , good design but not drop proof kind of makes me steer away from the rest of your tool line. I also use other brands similar to the 2202-20 and they still work dropping off a ten foot ladder. Why???

    Q:

I like this product. it serves my needs as a voltage tester and Led light. Where i find a problem with is the on and off button breaks after using this product for a while. Where can i get a new on off button? I would think it is cheaper then buying a whole new unit.

If you release the clip on the end, the black part will come off and that is where the batteries will come out.
