      Comments about Milwaukee 1/2-in Super Hawg Two-Speed Drill, 450/1,750 RPM with Case:

      Milwaukee 1680 1/2" Super Hawg is a beast of a tool.
      The 13amp motor is powerful for the 2 speeds. Good torque at lower rpm. The handle for trigger should have a rougher texture for gripping. But one could improvise by wearing rubber work gloves and or tapping elastic rubber around the trigger handle grip. Really needs a semi-cirular handle that goes around the upper body for better control rather than just the screw in handle that comes with the "Hawg". Haven't use it yet but first use will be boring holes in trees to build a tree home.

            The first one was dead on arrival but cpo was great, they sent out a replacement asap and paid for the return shipping of the defective unit. The drill seems great. I haven't drilled any holes with it yet but it is a proven drill, as a professional Carpenter I can tell you that every plumber has this drill, I even see electricians with them (although for the most part elections still prefer the hole hawgs, smaller holes needed and hole hawg is a lighter drill) I don't find ineed it all that often but my wrists get so beat up when using hole saws and the big company drill is never with me When I need and for just a hole or two I never want to drive across town to get it so I end up hurting myself. Not anymore this was a great deal and I couldn't resist

              New Vs. Reconditioned

              Factory-Reconditioned products have been returned to the manufacturer and are restored to like-new operating condition; they go through a rigorous testing and inspection process. Plus, they offer a significant savings vs. new.

              • Reconditioned products may have minor cosmetic blemishes or scratches that do not affect item performance.
              • Reconditioned products may not come with all of the consumables the new version comes with (bits, sanding pads/papers, cases, etc.).
              • Both come with a manufacturer warranty and are covered by our Money Back Guarantee;
                New is 30 days, Reconditioned is 60 days.
