I use this drill primarily to drill pocket holes for face frames in cabinet building . It powerful enough to get the job done. I also take it to job sites in installations and need a dependable drill.

I was so happy to buy a refurbished unit for a third less cost but I was wondering what it would look like when I got it. Would it be all scratched and beat up or what. How great to find in the box what looked to be a brand new tool.

Comments about 1/2 in. Magnum Drill, 0 - 850 RPM with Keyed Chuck:

We purchased this drill to mix leveler, thinset, and grout for a 420 SF tile project. I was a little apprehensive ordering this drill versus a slower speed D-handle or spade handle model, but it has performed without any issues. The drill has plenty of power to mix a 50 lb. bag of thinset without any audible strain. The side handle is longer than expected, which was great for mixing but could be a issue in a confined space.

            New Vs. Reconditioned

What's the difference between New and Factory-Reconditioned?

Factory-Reconditioned products have been returned to the manufacturer and are restored to like-new operating condition; they go through a rigorous testing and inspection process. Plus, they offer a significant savings vs. new.
            • Reconditioned products may have minor cosmetic blemishes or scratches that do not affect item performance.
            • Reconditioned products may not come with all of the consumables the new version comes with (bits, sanding pads/papers, cases, etc.).
            • Both come with a manufacturer warranty and are covered by our Money Back Guarantee; New is 30 days, Reconditioned is 60 days.
