      Comments about WE14-125 VS 4-1/2 in. & 5 in. 3,000 - 10,500 RPM 12.0 AMP Angle Grinder:

Great grinder, but wish that Metabo would go ahead and include the anti-vibration handle as standard on this one. Almost all of the other Metabo grinders have that included but this one. No problem, but just had to order it as an extra as it really helps reduce the vibes after long uses.

      Comments about WE14-125 VS 4-1/2 in. & 5 in. 3,000 - 10,500 RPM 12.0 AMP Angle Grinder:

I have owned 2 Metabo grinders for the past 3 years. I use them in my granite business for cutting, polishing, and grinding on granite. I have tried Makita and Bosch, but they don't have the power to do the work. I would generally go through 2 Makita grinders a year. Now I buy one Metabo every 2 years. They are well worth the money. This is a very powerful grinder. I would advise only well skilled persons to use it. The only negative is repair work. Though Metabo offers the XXXL warranty, it has to be sent to them in order to be repaired. Other than that, its the greatest grinder out there. I am most likely going to purchase another very soon.

Sounds like a great grinder but can you tell me the decibel level on these grinders? I am looking for a very quiet level. What is your quietest grinder?
        Thank you very much.

I have been using the Metabo WE14-125 VS and it is a real gem, but tonight while grinding some concrete it suddenly stopped. I checked the power, and this was fine. I blew it out thoroughly with compressed air through the vents as per the manual. It still does not power up. Can you please advise?
