I am using this with a 4" chainsaw blade to rough out large woodcarvings. Power and control are excellent. It is a big step up from my old (un-named) grinder.

the specifications say that it is a 5/8 in arbor but the wheel package for the 5in are 7/8 in arbor. Will the grinder use either, or which wheel is required?

This grinder has a 7/8-in. arbor.

      • A:

The arbor is 7/8 in but the spindle thread is 5/8 in, so the 7/8 in arbor is going to be your safest bet.
