Responsibilities of purchaser under warranty:

• Please call 1-888-Maxus4U (1-888-629-8748) for warranty assistance
• Provide dated proof of purchase and maintenance records
• Portable product must be delivered or shipped to the nearest Maxus Authorized Service Center. Freight costs, if any, must be borne by the purchaser
• Use reasonable care in the operation and maintenance of the products as described in the owners manual(s)

When warrantor will perform repair or replacement under this warranty: Repair or replacement will be scheduled and serviced according to the normal work flow at the servicing location, and depending on the availability of replacment parts.

Pressure washers: No coverage - wear item such as high pressure hose and spray tips

Welders:

• 5 year warranty - transformer and rectifier
• 3 year warranty - Specific wear items include the entire welder excluding clamps, welding gun, electrode holder, cables, accessories packed with welder
• 90 day warranty - welding clamp, MIG gun, electrode holder, accessories, welding cables
• No coverage - wear/consumable items such as contact tips, nozzles, gun liners, drive rollers, felt wire cleaner
