If you are not satisfied with Makita 18V and 14.4V LXT Lithium-Ion tool within 30 days of purchase, return it and Makita will provide a replacement or refund. I have used this tool for two kitchen remodel projects and one bathroom. This tool is flexible, lightweight and powerful. My only con on the product would be a way to switch in a variable speed control for the motor. I've had several incidents that I would have liked to be able to slow down the drill to start a screw before it built up full speed. Other than that it's a very nice product.

It is perfect for the what I use it for. Don't expect it to perform like a hammer drill, because it isn't. But for most jobs I use this and leave the big drill for the really tough jobs.

I use it for work on a daily basis. Don't do heavy work, but removes a lot of screws. One batery runs over 1 week without recharging. Easy to handle and LED light has a ON-OFF switch.
The only low is the white color, it gets dirty fast and easy.

i like the drill, the driver, the grip, the size and specially how it does not quit when the shirt hits the fan, it just goes in to impact mode and the job is done. i hate the holster it is just taking up place in a great case.I use the holster from a cheepo driver I threw away long time ago, but a great holster with room for all the bits and drivers and protection plus easy release

I take this with to every job, whether I think I'll need it or not. It's easy to carry the entire kit in its folder. Amazingly powerful; a recent job involved driving 2 1/2" screws into pressure treated timbers. No problem!
I wish it had a selectable slower speed, though. It's easy to drive the screw too far at the high speed the tool is set for.
