I purchased this saw refurbished about a year ago and have used it when installing laminate flooring, constructing flower beds and and building shelves. I've enjoyed using this saw as it's relatively light and powerful. I prefer the unyielding power of a corded saw, so I did not consider getting a battery powered circular. I would definitely recommend this saw.

Got this saw for the rigid, durable plate and bevel capacity. Still have my old 15 amp, still going strong after 10 years of use everyday on the job. My only complaint would be i does torque a bit when you start it up and my old one never did that. The blade guard spring is pretty strong so on fine cuts it can get you off a bit but it will break in with time. Great saw!

As a professional carpenter for 37 years, I can say this is a great circular saw. It's well made and comes with a lot of handy features. It's a little heavy for light usage, but for the big job, it gets it done. I would recommend this saw for any project.
