A:Yes, the hitnnt65gap9 requires a fuel cell. Senco makes a finish nailer, model FN65DA that does not require one.

Q:I need to join 2 2x4x8 together and then cap them with a 2x4 I like the idea that the 15 gauge shoots nails and not brads. Will the 15 gauge 2 1/2 inch do the job. I will be using treated pine & also cedar sometimes. I build raised bed planters. I also add glue before I join them together. I have been using screws and it's getting old fast.
A:I would suggest a framing nailer for that particular application.
