Q:My Hittachi EC 89 is blowing oil out of the oil cap
Q:I own the discontinued unit EC119SA. I haven't used it for a couple of years. During a move I seem to have lost the knob of the pressure reducer. When I turn on the compressor it goes until it reaches max pressure, but when I use any tool on it there is no pressure exerted, no air release. Is the knob a realistic fix for this problem? Are parts still available?

Q:How much oil do you put in this compressor
A:The manual for this product is not supplying an oil capacity, it simply states to use 10W-40 oil and to check it every 50 running hours, and to change every 300 running hours.
Q:is this a oil less tool, if not how do you measure oil
A:This is an oil operated compresses. There is a dipstick that shows the oil usage.
