Product works pretty well, better than expected. Had to till the front yard containing rocks. Tines could have been stronger as several bent (reason for the 4 star rating). I would have preferred the 40 amp machine, but was in a time frame where I needed it immediately, and this was the only style available. Overall, a good product for the money. I would recommend it for lighter uses.
Worked great on my existing garden , not as well on on touched ground. But I still doubled the size of my garden it was a little harder tilling the grassy ground but this little guy worked hard and did the job.I could not be happier with my GREENWORKS tiller should have done this years ago. I would recommend this to anybody that is tired of useing a shovel , NEVER AGAIN will I garden by hand I have retired my shovel for good BUY ONE you won't be sorry AAAAAAAAAAAA++++++++++++

Q:any tips on how to get the battery out easily when needs recharging? I'm an elderly lady and got it out a couple times, but was very hard, and today can't get it to budge. I love using it!!! Handles so easily and tills the dirt much finer than my husband's large gas powered one! I just need to be able to get the battery out without help!

Q:I have 2 pins #45 left over after install, what are they for I can't tell in the instructions
A:2 types of pins are supplied. A "Ring Pin" (part #17) which has a round ring on it and a "Hitch Pin" which is the larger straight type pin with no ring (part #45). The "Ring Pin" is used when you use all four (4) tines on the shaft, two (2) on each side. The "Hitch Pin" is used when you only use two (2) tines on the shaft, one (1) on each side for tilling a narrow area. This is described on page 16 of the manual and referenced in Fig.8 unfortunately they don't show the assembly correctly. Each tine, one on each side, should be pushed to the gear box base and the "Hitch Pin" inserted into the second hole on the shaft (each side). Make sure what they call the "Flute" is towards the gear box and the tines point the correct direction. Hope this helps.
