Mower was delivered on time and in good working order. The setup was easy. Product performs as advertised and I couldn't have ask for better service in the ordering process.
I'm also considering purchasing a Greenworks trimmer and blower. The 40V Lithium Battery performance is excellent.
Have used the mower 3 times so far. As it is spring and I fertilize the grass, it has been thick and tall. It cuts with no real problems. Where the grass was over 10"-12"( near garden areas) tall in a few spots I just pushed down on the handle to raise the blade and made a few passes. This was no different than with the gas mower. Make sure the battery is cool before setting it in the charger or it will not charge. This is in the directions. I have been told to pull lithium batteries out after they have been fully charged or they will degrade faster. I just started doing this so I do not know if it is true or not. It is worth a try. No buyer remorse here. Great mower.
One battery is enough for our lawn, which is medium-small urban front & back yard; you'd want to keep both fully charged with a larger lawn, and charge the one you're not using. Mulches much better than the last mower we had. Although expensive, the gain in operation, noise, and air pollution reduction makes it a good value, hope more of these come into the market so the prices drop.
used to corded mower for the past 60 years and lately waited for the great invention of lithium ion and now i got it...it is really nice and just little heavy...my recommendation that the housing should be made of aluminum alloy instead of steel
