Delivered the day before a 4" snow. Checked out fine in the garage. I am impressed with it's construction but will need to wait for Spring to put it to the use test. It may deserve a 5 star rating after a few lawn cuts, we'll see next spring. This is my third corded lawn mower in 20* years so I look forward to using this one.
I just purchased this mower and am pleased with its performance. It shipped straight to my home within a matter of days and assembly was a quick raising and tightening of the handles. One push of the button and it purred to life. My lawn was up to my knees so I was skeptical this mower would be able to cut through it. Not only did it mow it right down, it did it much more easily than my former gas powered mower and didn't bog down once. It's light weight made it easy for me to push up inclines. I've only used this once (today) and if it continues to perform this way, it's definitely worth the investment.
I was looking for something easy to handle but durable. I was not disappointed. very satisfied!
I purchased a john deere rider about twenty years ago this mower cuts just as well or better. I decided I needed the workout, at 64 needed something that handled easily. very pleased. Good buy for the money.
Easy handling for senior female who likes yard work. No strain to arms or back. I have no complaints with this mower. Plug up and go. Great machine.
I gave up trying to use a manual reel mower as it couldn't cut overgrown grass, but hated the noise and terrible pollution of gas mowers. Electric mower batteries reportedly aren't as good for environment as corded. My corded mower came without the retainer clip for the cord - they quickly sent one, but I had to attach it with duct tape as the relevant handle bolts are fused. Had to buy a longer, more expensive cord at Sears than I expected. Mowing is easy. Overall very happy with the mower.

Q:Where can I purchase parts for my 21 electric lawn mower specifically part 34106467-1 handle knob.
Q:Where can you locate parts for this mower? Specifically a replacement blade?
A:Earthwise blade on Amazon.com with work on your mower.
A:Unfortunately, we do not stock this blade. The model number you are looking for is 3313250. You can find it at www.ereplacementparts.com.
Q:How much does it weigh?
A:The mower's weight is 55 pounds.
Q:I'm not sure if this is cordless when you advertise 120V., and 24V. Does this operate on both or either 24V. and or 120V.. Is the 120V. used only to charge the 24V. battery? Or if the battery is low, can the machine be operated on 120VAC only?
A:Correct, the 120V is for the charger and the battery rating is 24V. This is a cordless mower.
A:This is NOT a 'cordless' mower, it only works with ~120V current using an extension cord. This mower does not contain a battery. See short cord and female plug at the end in the pictures, this is where you connect your extension cord to in the mower.
Q:Does anyone have experience with this mower on a southern lawn? I have St Augustine grass which is much thicker than northern grasses.
A:The mower has a 13-amp motor, so it should be able to cut any type of grass.
