Very nice piece of equipment. I did a lot of research and the lithium ion battery @6ah is the highest capacity I've seen out there. Nice feature to push the button on the battery to see a set of LED lights indicating the amount of power left in the battery.
Edges well and it's intuitive to use that feature. A couple of times and you get the hang of it. Frankly, quite pleasantly surprised.
I have a real nice gas Swisher Shindawa multi tool trimmer that is far more powerful, but, also too heavy for the wife to use and probably overkill for 95% of what we need. I think the gas trimmer will see limited action for now on. Maybe just at the folk's house with the toughest beach grasses.
I will seriously consider the leaf blower even though it isn't real powerful, it's likely adequate for small jobs (like blowing the just trimmed/edged grass off the sidewalk). While I could use the 6ah battery with the blower, too, I might like the idea of having the 2.6ah battery around as a quick back up.
I'd have given it 4.5 stars if I could. Only real knock is the expensive batteries, but, you get what you pay for and this is truly a nice piece of equipment! Highly recommended.
