Q:Where can I find compatible replacement string spools. I have been out for months and everyplace is out of stock.
Q:I have a 13" 4A Electric String Trimmer -- Model 21212, brand new. Used it this weekend for the first time & love it -- did a great job -- for 15 minutes then just stopped, bang! Checked everything, i.e, power supply, circuit breakers, string wasn't tangled -- anyone have any ideas? I really, really desperately need to get my yard taken care of (landlord on my back) & hate to have to wait while I send it back & wait for a replacement. Thank you.
A:Please call Greenworks directly for technical assistance at 888-909-6757.
Q:Is there a non-string type attachment for the 21212 trimmer? I seem to have a lot of problems with the string binding on the spool and have to keep taking it apart.
A:Greenworks does not make a non string trimmer attachment for this unit.
