Details

Cut through your workload like never before with the TS 75 EQ Plunge Cut Saw. Take on bigger projects with our largest cutting depth yet - 2-15/16-in or 2-3/4-in with the included guide rail. And with 13 AMPs of adjustable power, the TS 75 EQ has plenty of muscle to spare - powerful enough to cut through steel doors. And it won't tire you out as quickly since it weighs less than 14 lbs. A limit stop and slip clutch drastically reduce the effects of kickbacks, making the TS 75 EQ much safer to use. The splinter guard and guide rail make glue-ready cuts a reality. Add it all up and you have a fierce, versatile saw that's easy on the user and tough on everything else. Unlike conventional pendulum-cover circular saws, Festool's design allows the saw blade to retract into the housing giving you the option to start and end the cut accurately anywhere on the material. All of this innovation means a quicker, safer and more cost-effective precision tool. The dust extraction port ensures less dust and a clear view of the work piece.
Features:
  • FastFix saw blade changing system allows the saw blade can be changed in just a few simple steps; this means you can change the blade more easily to suit the material you are working on
  • MMC electronics, maximum adaptation to the working material, controlled speed and temperature monitoring
  • Zero-play guidance, tool-less adjustment of the alignment cams on the guide rail for accurate, perfectly straight sawing
  • TS 75 makes the actual cut right on the edge of the scribe line, even on bevel cuts
  • Splinter-free cuts on both sides of the cut line; the attachable splinter guard and the guide rail make it possible
  • Spring-loaded riving knife or splitter is always there when you need it, and moves out of the way when you don't; the spring-loaded riving knife or splitter retracts into the housing during plunge cuts
  • Sliding clutch minimizes saw kickback should the saw blade bind, thereby increasing safety
  • Kickback stop is on board to greatly reduce kickback during plunge cuts; always within reach for improved safety
  • New T-Loc Systainers use one knob to open, close and connect Systainers to one another
  • T-Loc Systainers can be opened while remaining connected to one another, offering a convenient way to access contents of a Systainer in the middle of a stack

Makes cutting sheet goods for one person so much easier than with
        a table saw.

Comments about TS 75 EQ Plunge Cut Circular Saw:

This is a very good and accurate saw used with the guide rail system. The TS 75 is a little underpowered and the blade can walk through thicker stock. Through thicker stuff slow down feed rate. Other than that this leaves you with a smooth straight cut. If used with the MFT it make a portable and accurate panel saw with jobsite production capabilities. Our next purchase will be the TS 55. It is rare that we need the depth and weight of the 75.

Comments about TS 75 EQ Plunge Cut Circular Saw:

This is the best saw I have ever used. The quality of the cut is amazing, better than my table saw. So far this saw has chewed through anything I tried to cut. The safety features are also great. The blade is very enclosed and retractes automatically when you complete the cut.
This version is bigger and heavier than the TS55, so if you have to lug it around and don't need the extra depth, you might want to go with the smaller version.

Offer a Fest Tool belt clip that the power cord can clip onto. This will cut down on tripping over the cord while cutting in the shop which has tight space limitations
