buy multiple sets. you will use them. i like how once you get them tight you then close the lever giving you a little extra tightening but not overdoing it

                Comments about Clamping Element (2-Pack):

I took the plunge and spent what I thought was a lot on these. They are worth the price and hold tightly without too much pressure that might damage or mar a surface. I use them in the MFT 3 table, but they could be used wherever you drill a 3/4" hole in a sheet good/drywall, etc.

                  Comments about Clamping Element (2-Pack):

Yes, they're pricey, I suppose but, wow, they sure make things easier to accomplish on my MFT/3 table. For one, I like using these guys to 'pin' boards to the rear rail; I find this keeps things safely in place before making a cut. They are also useful for securing objects for sanding; although they work best with wood pieces that are thicker than the height of the clamps. They are a breeze to install (and vice-versa) and have a solid, long-lasting feel to them, despite their being made of plastic. Overall, I prefer my table with them and would recommend them to others who enjoy the MFT/3.
