I bought this saw to cut bone tile.I was skeptical if it would do the job but I am a believer now.The cuts are true,clean and fast.A great little saw!!

The Skil wet tile saw did not disappoint. I was able to make probably 200 cuts in my backsplash project without fail. I'm sure there are many more projects left in this quality saw, but I don't have any more on the calenadar. This one project alone paid for the saw. It was a pleasure to use it and saved me a lot of money in installation costs alone.

This saw looked like new when i got it, and came with blade, and accesorys, in origbox. It cut reasonably fast and straight. You need to keep the guard on or youre going to get wet. ( hey its a wet saw) . The fence is not that good but just use the marked ruler on it and no prob. For [$] its a pretty decent . You can get the good stuff at CPO.

First I read where some comments said they got wet, I didn't. Used it on 2 rooms of tile and didn't get wet at all. It was nice not having to put up with the dust. The blade that came with it worked well, but I did replace it with a better one. But thats just me, I do it to all my tools. To end this glad I got it and the price made it even better. Thanks CPO

Machine is a little small for anything more then 6x6 ceramic tile. The bed is great when flat cut on a bevel and it is a little shakey needs bigger tightening handles to really lock it in. Rip fence is a waste of time. Motor gets hot fast and does not like to restart have to keep a stick to kick turn in to get it to run. Taken it apart several times to check for binding none found. For the money it is OK but for more then one job or a big floor job buy up you will get a better result and it may last longer.

I had not purchased a reconditioned tool before now, but was pleasently surprised. Item was as advertised, looked new, and has done the job without any problems. Would highly recommend this item to anyone looking to complete a small to intermediate size tile job.

Great little saw - to cut quartz tile to install in the entry way to the house. Doing this ourselves allows us to pick tiles we want and place where we want and cut the ones we want. Easy and fun.

Table top in thin and cheap. Material does not slide well. Tiles cuts OK but create small chips along the cut line. After a couple of test cuts I've decided to not use the saw and rent a better product.
