Q:what voltage is this trimmer head 18 volt, 24 volt or 40 volt?
A:This is for the 40 volt trimmer according to the manufacturer's website.
Q:Does this trimmer runs on a 40 Volt Ryobi Battery?
A:This item is a trimmer attachment. This item would need to be purchased with the powerhead, the battery and charger.
Q:Can this be used with a Toro 2 cycle power head ?
A:Unfortunately, this model will not adapt to a non Ryobi brand
Q:I am a loyal Ryobi customer with mowers, trimmers, clippers, blowers, drills, vacuums, and saws, all from Ryobi. I usually love your products but the timmer was expensive and did not last long, and the mower is weak and flimsy and needs to be redesigned (mower handle and attachment). I have a Ryobi 24 volt lithium trimmer. The motor burned out in it pretty quickly (within a year) without heavy usage of the trimmer. Is there some way to return this trimmer to you and get some credit towards another trimmer? I assume the parts, charger and battery are still worth plenty used and new according to amazon and ebey.
A:CPO is an internet retailer. If you purchased the tools from us, they can be returned within 60 days of purchase for refund or exchange. Otherwise, you will need to contact Ryobi directly at 800-525-2579 for warranty claims or refunds.
Q:does it come with the string?
A:The trimmer does not include the string. It must be purchased
Q:can this be used with the electric power head? As I/m looking for the string attachment and this is the only one I can find
A:Pair the power head with this Ryobi 13-in Straight Shaft String Trimmer / Edger Attachment for a powerful and convenient outdoor tool. The pivoting head swings out for convenient walk-behind edging while the adjustable cutting width gives you complete cutting control.
Q:what kind of charger or batt does this take?
A:This is a trimmer/edger attachment. It is used with the Expand-It system. The system is operated by electricity.
Q:Does this product work with the gas powered expand-it based systems?
A:This is a battery operated trimmer. The power head, battery and charger are sold separately.
