Ryobi Outdoor Tools & Equipment Limited One Year Warranty
Ryobi Consumer Products, Inc. warrants its outdoor tools and equipment with the following conditions:
What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers all defects in workmanship or materials in your Ryobi outdoor tools and equipment for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
How To Get Service
Just return the outdoor tool or equipment, properly packaged and postage prepaid to a Ryobi Authorized Service Center. You can obtain the location of the Service Center nearest to you by contacting a customer service representative at 800-860-4050 or on-line through our Service Center locater at www.ryobitools.com. When you request warranty service, you must also present proof of purchase documentation (sales receipt/bill of sale). We will repair any faulty workmanship, and either repair or replace any defective part at our option. Work will be performed without charge to you. We will complete the work in a reasonable time, but in any case, within ninety days.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser at retail and may not be transferred. This warranty only covers defects arising under normal usage and does not cover any malfunctions, failure, or defects resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, modification or repairs by other than Ryobi Authorized Service Centers. Ryobi makes no warranties, representations or promises as to the quality or performance of its outdoor tools and equipment other than those specifically stated in this warranty.
Additional Limitations
Any implied warranty granted under state law, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are limited to one year from the date of purchase. Ryobi is not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

will not turn full rpm. stated in one place it was 200 mph and another 150 mph. i don,t think either one is right. my 10 year old stihl was at least twice as good.

On the first day, hard to start, would stall after letting off the the gas. Hear metal knocking noises. Blow's good enough for the price.

This blower is amazing, I have owned 3 leaf blowers before this one but this Ryobi is the easiest to start. It starts on 2 to 3 pulls. Set the choke to full, pull it once, set the lever to the Run position pull it again and it starts right up. The blower looks brand new, and comes with a brand new bag sealed in plastic. The extension tubes appear to be new, and there are no cosmetic marks on the blower at all if I didnt know it was refurbished I would say its brand new. Dont be misled by any negative reviews, this blower has the power to move piles of leaves, I can blow them at least 25 feet away, and my guess is when there is a powdery snow I can clear my drive or sidewalks with this thing too. Mixing fuel is easy, it tells you just how much oil to add to the gas. I mix 17 ounces of gas with 10 ml of oil and it starts up on 2 to 3 pulls every time. You cant beat CPO deals, I bought several referb items here and I am 100% satisfied with CPO they are awesome to deal with and the prices cant be beat. Thanks CPO for all the great deals and good products.

Was hard starting the first time. After it warmed up, it didn't like to run at full throttle. By the next day the throttle worked great. It still seems to take a lot of additional pulls to start it when cold. It might not like "Pro Mix" oil for 2 cycles ....

I followed the starting instructions and it starting easily right out of the box. It was refurbished but it looked brand new. I've used it several times now blowing Fall leaves. Works great. The variable speed trigger is really nice, as is the cruise control lever. All in all, it's a great machine at a great price.
