Q:What is the Battery description and charger model number for ZRP5421 chain saw ?
A:Please contact Ryobi Power Tools directly at 800-525-2579 to obtain the best possible answer to your inquiry.
Q:I wanted to order replacement (back up)cutting chain when I bought mine, but didn't see them at CPO. Are chains universal "one size fits all" or proprietary by make and model. Will CPO carry these or should I look elsewhere?
A:I would contact Ryobi directly for the chain at 800-525-2579.
Q:Parts availability. I need the rubber top to the oiler
A:I don't have a real answer but I do have a further comment. I have gone through 6 "caps" for the oil tank in the past 8 years. I would have discontinued use of it just for that if it was not so reliable and handy to have around when you need it and it does not cost anything when it is not being used. I did call the 800 number and I did get extra caps for the oil tank. My ADVISE to anyone having this problem is to keep a few caps on hand. One usually breaks, wears out or goes bad during the time you are using it most. You need a replacement then not a week or so later. All in all it is an excellent product and I don't know what I would do without it.
A:Please contact the manufacturer direct at 1-800-860-4050 for assistance with parts.
Q:I see: Please note however that reconditioned units received from the manufacturer may or may not include accessories shown with this listing.
A:Yes, one battery and one charger are included.
Q:does the reconditioned unit come with new chain?
A:We can not guarantee that the chain is new, however; the chains have been tested and guaranteed to work like new.
Q:Are replacement batteries & charger easily available? e.g Home Depot?
A:Yes they are and in abundace in combo kits and as a stand alone product. A main concern of mine when buying. I chose Ryobi for this reason.Plentiful parts, easily accessable.
A:Yes, the battery and chargers can be found on our website as well as Home Depot
Q:Does the saw have a oiler for the chain?
A:The description states it has a manual push button oiler.
A:The description states it has a manual push button oiler
