Reconditioned Ridgid Power Tool Limited 1-Year Warranty
One World Technologies, Inc warrants its power tools with the following conditions:
What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers all defects in workmanship or materials in your Factory Reconditioned Ridgid power tool for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
How To Get Service
Just return the power tool, properly packaged and postage prepaid to a Ridgid Authorized Service Center. You can obtain the location of the Service Center nearest to you by contacting a customer service representative at 800-860-4050 or on-line through our Service Center locater at www.ridgid.com. When you request warranty service, you must also present proof of purchase documentation (sales receipt/bill of sale). We will repair any faulty workmanship, and either repair or replace any defective part at our option. Work will be performed without charge to your. We will complete the work in a reasonable time, but in any case, within ninety days.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser at retail and may not be transferred. This warranty only covers defects arising under normal usage and does not cover any malfunctions, failure, or defects resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, modification or repairs by other than Ridgid Authorized Service Centers. Ridgid makes not warranties, representations or promises as to the quality or performance of its power tools other than those specifically stated in this warranty.
Additional Limitations
Any implied warranty granted under state law, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are limited to one year from the date of purchase. Ridgid is not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental damages, so the above limitations are exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

My exsperience has been about a 7 on a scale from 1 to 10. The first drill I recieved had 2 bad batteries. One wouldn't charge and the other would cut on and off while you used it. When I requested a new one the exsperience was great except there was some confussion on charges to my credit card that I had to have any explanation for. That process needs to be explained better by your sales people. I haven't used the 2nd drill much yet but when I have used it so far it has been fine. I will recommend your web-site to others.

The tool was in very poor condition. Had clearly done real time on hard jobs before. Could do better at a pawn shop. Not a good value to much effort cost to ships back. Batteries run to dead if left in drill overnight.

Bought this reconditioned drill driver for my husband. Looks like brand new, works like brand new. One of the two reconditioned batteries was defective. Called customer support and was sent a brand new battery as replacement. Received it in a very timely manner with no charge for battery or shipping. It doesn't get any better than that. Wish all my purchases in the past went this well. Great folks to do business with.

Perfect size and weight for this powerdrill. The driver is really what sold me on the product. Hanging durorck or drywall the driver is great and you can adjust the torque for the general depth. The re-conditioned tool came with 2 batteries instead of the usual single, I don't use the tool everyday so the re-conditioned price was perfect for what I wanted to spend.

Drilling 2x 4" holes through vent boards for soffit depletes the battery. Luckily, the short charge time, and 2 batteries can almost keep up. You just cannot beat a drill, charger, and 2x Lithium batteries at this price.

It's really a great drill, it's powerful when you need to drive big stuff, and awesome even for forstner bits when needed. The battery life is phenomenal, and I have no problems with cold/heat affecting battery life. The lithium's stop when you go past the clutch setting, so as not to destroy your gearbox, and it is really nice to hold.
