    Comments about Milwaukee 14 in. Dry-Cut Machine:

    I was building a grate 60 foot long by 2 1/2 feet wide out of 1/2 x 2 flat bar over 2000 feet of material. I used it on a job site I can't imagine using anything else. All cuts where spot on.

          I purchased this saw for use in a custom smoker manufacturing facility. It is my first cold-cut metal saw and I am impressed!

          Comments about 14 in. Dry-Cut Machine:

          This saw is excellent for cutting steel and other material quickly and accurately with little heat. Even cutting through heavy walled steel tube at a 45 degree angle, the cut end is just uncomfortably warm - won't burn though. Compared to abrasive cut off saws, the cuts are faster, cooler and nearly burr free. Also this type of saw generates very few sparks when cutting, just small chips of steel. The tool design is good, but not perfect, as most of the cutting chips are not caught by the collector and the clamp/angle backstop do not have positive angle stops. Overall, a great machine.

            Comments about 14 in. Dry-Cut Machine:

            Much nicer than the Evolution I had previously. Like the clamp. Motor is solid, cuts like butter. Can't believe Milwaukee discontinued it.
            My reconditioned unit had a broken handle when it arrived, otherwise great.

            New Vs. Reconditioned

            Factory-Reconditioned products have been returned to the manufacturer and are restored to like-new operating condition; they go through a rigorous testing and inspection process. Plus, they offer a significant savings vs. new.

            • Reconditioned products may have minor cosmetic blemishes or scratches that do not affect item performance.
            • Reconditioned products may not come with all of the consumables the new version comes with (bits, sanding pads/papers, cases, etc.).
            • Both come with a manufacturer warranty and are covered by our Money Back Guarantee;
              New is 30 days, Reconditioned is 60 days.
