Comments about 120V Multi-Max Oscillating Kit:
Great for cutting door casing and baseboards when laying tiles. Very maneuverable in small spaces. It gets hot too quick at high speed, and have burned two motors already. I'm on my third one, and I'll buy it again and again

Comments about Dremel 120V Multi-Max Oscillating Kit:
Great for cutting wallboard and door trim. Not really for prolonged use.Easy attachment of tools, variable speed is a plus.Just an all around good tool for household use.I'm retired building trades and would buy a heavier duty tool for that kind of use.

For the money, this is a great product. If you don't mind having to use an allan wrench to tighten the blades, then get this instead of the much more expensive alternatives.

Had a minor problem with the first tool that was resolved and a new tool was sent the same day. Great customer service!
Tool looks and works as new. I bought it for trim work and it powers through it like butter.
This isn't my first purchase and it won't be the last. I love the performance and savings at CPO Outlets!!!!

Comments about Dremel 120V Multi-Max Oscillating Kit:
I bought this tool to cut some door casing moldings for a floor installation which it did flawlessly. It was easy to use and did a nice job of cutting them without damaging the finish. I bought the Dremmel semi-circular blades for the cuts. The big surprise was that the pad sander was excellent ans i was able to use it to fit a difficult floor contour that I could not cut cleanly with any of my saws. CPO was fantastic and shipped it very quickly. The experience and the tool exceeded my expectations. I hope you have the same experience!

Comments about Dremel 120V Multi-Max Oscillating Kit:
I retired and purchased an older home and remodeled every room down to the studs. What a time saver this tool has been.I used it for everything from drywall, almost dust free, door trim, undercutting jambs for flooring, water lines in tight places, and on and on.Once I learned how to use the speeds and let the tool do the work the overheating went away. Just remember it is not a reciprocating saw.

Great Value

Comments about Dremel 120V Multi-Max Oscillating Kit:
This tool has, IMHO, become a staple for professionals, before this model the Fein Multi-Master was the only choice. The price tag of $300-$400 (it IS, however, much more tool) made it a tough choice even for pros. With the Multi-Max Dremel has made a quality tool that's affordable. I've read complaints about the variable speed "burning out" but suspect it's because the speed is being adjusted while the tool is running rather than turning it off first. I've also read about the blade coming loose, the washer that helps hold the blade to the tool is beveled, maybe you're installing the washer upside down. A plus is that the blades/attachments, all be they expensive, are more readily available than other brands. I will say that the cord appears really "cheap" and may not withstand much twisting & punishment on the jobsite. Overall I'd recommend it to friends & colleagues alike.
