Its is very heavy but not so heavy it couldn't be portable. I would definately recommend help in loading/ unloading and moving this tool. It has lots of power and is very accurate. The built in chip exhaust really moves a lot of air/ chips I use this in my home cabinet shop to built one of a kind exact replacement cabinets to replace ones lost in house fires, etc.

Arrived looking brand new. Triple blades, dust collection options, depth of cut scale, large hand wheel to adjust height are all big plusses. Only down sides are heavy to move and must purchase in and outfeed tables separately. Still, at this price, it's a great deal.

A great buy. It plains so smooth there is no need to sand it. It is also very powerful... I am plaining rough sawn Red Oak with ease, and the thickness guide makes it super easy to plain to accurate thicknesses.

Compact design that delivers glass smooth surfaces without any snipe. Take the time to carefully set the outfeed tray heights and it runs perfectly. The exhaust for the chips is placed a bit awkwardly as the exhaust hose for the vacuum is just where the planed board exits. I generally use it without a vacuum. So I have to sweep up a bit. A great tool overall.

The price was very reasonable. The shipment was delivered on time. When it arrived, a damaged side in the cardboard box was noted. Upon opening it was found that a plastic caps on one of the four posts was broken off. However, there was enough left of it that the screw had purchase and the cap was secured again. No consequence. I disassembled the unit as much as possible and, aside from some faint scuff marks on the bed, I could not tell that the unit had ever been used. It appeared to be perfectly new. I am very pleased with the purchase, and would definitely consider doing business with CPO in the future.

This product is packed with power, easy to use, well designed, and my new favorite tool. I blasted through 20 board feet of 8/4 rough sawn hemlock. The slower feed rate feature creates a wonderful finish. I am looking forward to planing some hardwoods next.
