This air compressor is everything I was looking for. Sturdy construction and well built. I've only used it twice so far but it's worked fine. Other than the over-spray from the new paint job on the black cover I couldn't tell it was reconditioned.

Primary use is tire inflation maintenance, float toys, and impact tools. I was somewhat disappointed when the unit arrived and I found loose bolts mounting the handle and loose wheel mounting bolts. The shroud around the working parts had slipped out of place and was coming off. I would think that if this unit was checked out as a factory recon, these problems would not have existed. Too early to grade functionality and performance. Also found out this unit is manufactured by Black & Decker.

12 month warranty far exceeds a 30 day warranty on Chinese built units.
200 lbs. air makes the 15 gallon tank operate like it's a 28 gallon tank. Compressor runs little after initial fillup.
