When it was working, it was beautiful, but it's hard to ignore the fact that it wouldn't turn on the next day after <1 hour of use. Had to waste an hour taking it to repair shop, where it will take a week to fix. What should I do in the meantime, DeWalt, buy another sander?

This sander feels well built to me. I got a reconditioned one, but I wouldn't be able to tell compared to one listed as new if you put them side by side. I plan to use it for simple projects.
