I bought this after reading a lot of reviews. I can't comment too much yet as I won't be using it until next summer. Ordering and delivery was easy and prompt and the tool looks brand new but... we will see.

The gun works well, just looks like I've had it for years. I would have expected a not so worn "looking" tool.

When you find the proper pressure it does okay; but, you have to pull the trigger slowly, one shot at a time and still it will shoot the last nail in the roll sideways.

Comments about 15 Degree 1-3/4 in. Coil Roofing Nailer:

The lockout feature that they've developed on this roofing nailer puts it far an away above the competition. The engineering is sturdy, and this refurb unit works like a dream. I have no issues with it, and am glad to speak highly about this product. I have an older model that I liked extremely well, and the improvements they've made since I purchased that one have made it even better.

No, this is a roofing nailer and will not work on siding. You need to get a siding nailer, such as model # BSTRN66C-1-R.

This is not a battery operated nailer. You must use a compressor to operate the nailer.

                New Vs. Reconditioned

What's the difference between New and Factory-Reconditioned?

Factory-Reconditioned products have been returned to the manufacturer and are restored to like-new operating condition; they go through a rigorous testing and inspection process. Plus, they offer a significant savings vs. new.
                • Reconditioned products may have minor cosmetic blemishes or scratches that do not affect item performance.
                • Reconditioned products may not come with all of the consumables the new version comes with (bits, sanding pads/papers, cases, etc.).
                • Both come with a manufacturer warranty and are covered by our Money Back Guarantee; New is 30 days, Reconditioned is 60 days.
