This drill works very well. The 2 speed option is nice for the smaller drills to be able to run faster. It has more than enough power. It is refurbished and it looks new.

This is a truly great tool for all-around home use, in the shop, and heavy duty building projects. The foregrip is very useful. The only downsides are its size and weight can be difficult for smaller jobs, especially if you need your left hand for something else (support etc)
Also it could have come with a lower gear for more torque that is useful in some cases.
Zips right through wood, concrete etc.

Very heavy duty, very powerful. I used it for drilling over 100 1/2" holes through 1/8" steel. Yes, it took a long time and I was tired at the end, but no problem with the drill being underpowered when the drill bit dug in right before it penetrated. Also used to mix 6 bags of quick-crete in a 5 gallon bucket. Plenty of power for heavy mixing. Hold the trigger down and let her roll. The drill is slightly on the large side if you need to work in tight spaces or corners. Also my drill had a slight wobble to it. This didn't effect the holes I drilled, just annoying. It was a refurbished drill though so I guess you get what you pay for (like new condition, not new).

My first hammer drill, this thing is beefy, heavy and powerful. Having never used one before, but needing one to drill pilot holes for Tapcon screws in masonry, I was very pleased with the ease of use of this drill. It only had a few cosmetic blemishes. Otherwise, you wouldn't know it was refurbished.
