Q:can it be used outside
A:I had the gpl3 version which is pretty much the same thing except three point instead of five. Anyway, it worked fine outside with these caveats: 1) in full sun it is a little hard to see but can still make it out with a little hand shading to make your mark. In NY state we have plenty of clouds so just wait a few seconds for a little cloud cover. 2) The unit is quite lightweight so on very windy sites your mark may bounce a bit from that. No problem with typical breezes. Luckily the solution is simple. Just add some weight to whatever configuration you have it set up for. A sturdy tripod with any weight hung in the center OR a small sandbag (like those used as rifle bolsters) draped over the top of unit. Be creative ;)
A:It is not recommended to be used outdoors.
Q:can you ship in canada
A:Currently we do not ship to Canada.
Q:Does it project all the lines at once? Crossed lines so I can mark plumb and level lines on a wall at the same time?
A:No, it only projects one line at a time.
Q:Is there a threaded hole to mount it on a tripod?
A:This is for other people since this is an old question.Read the description at top of page 1/4 20 if you can't figure this out don't buy the tool hire someone because whatever you are doing won't turn out right
A:Yes, this laser can be attached to a tripod. There is a threaded hole at the bottom of the laser.
