Comments about 18-Gauge 2 in. Brad Nailer:

When I received the Nailer I proceed to operate in the same manner as using Porter Cable Nailer. The Bosch nailer required more attention from the air supply and as I raised the pressure to 90 all went well.

Comments about 18-Gauge 2 in. Brad Nailer:

I work on Ft. Riley military base in junction city, ks building housing for the army. I am a finish trim carpenter and my trim crew finishes duplex after duplex over 250 a year so my tools see heavy use. I am a big bosch fan so I was excited when this product came out expecting fine craftsmenship and a professional grade tool. Upon first use of the gun it seemed to have a fair amount of power(shooting 2" brads into 2x for a test) but after starting to use the gun for typical use in my day, oak crown on cabinets, casing, base ect.., I found the gun had a hard time setting the head of the nail completely leaving about 1/8" protruding out. Long story short I. Have purchased 3 of these and they all do the same thing over time all 3 now half the time when u shoot the driver skips over the nail and only drives it in about half an inch its very frustrating and I don't think I would buy another it is the 1st product from bosch I am not happy with being an owner of thousands of dollars of bosch tools.

            Questions & Answers

            New Vs. Reconditioned

What's the difference between New and Factory-Reconditioned?

Factory-Reconditioned products have been returned to the manufacturer and are restored to like-new operating condition; they go through a rigorous testing and inspection process. Plus, they offer a significant savings vs. new.
            • Reconditioned products may have minor cosmetic blemishes or scratches that do not affect item performance.
            • Reconditioned products may not come with all of the consumables the new version comes with (bits, sanding pads/papers, cases, etc.).
            • Both come with a manufacturer warranty and are covered by our Money Back Guarantee; New is 30 days, Reconditioned is 60 days.
